You know what? I lost faster on level two last time, but this time I am losing pretty fast on level one, probably because I've been exercising so much. You could try reducing your fat intake a little, if it's not already ver low. Changing things up is probably a good plan. Don't be discouraged though, you are losing, and sometimes it comes off slow, and then a big chunk falls off you kmow what I mean? ew i just had a visual of a huge chunk of fat falling off my body. LOL! Cheer up, you're doing fine. Make a small cahnge or two and monitor the results. Love to ye! :)
