I am so pleased with myself. I am down another pound today and I feel great. My clothes are starting to get loose on me and I can finally get in the back of my closet and pull out my thinner clothes. I feel great and have a ton of energy. Even though I hav only lost around 7 lbs, I feel like I look thinner. My stomach no longer bulges out or looks bloated. Keep up the good work!!
