I neeeeed to get a handle on my sweets cravings! I know once I get it under control they will go away, but man! I think cuz it has been so long since I just let myself go that my body is trying to tempt me to do that again. This weekend we have a special double going away party and I know there will be plenty there to tempt me. I need to eat before I go this time and choose wisely. Also I plan to take my own covered dish, but it will be healthy. Now to decide what I will make!
