Get this...I ate out TWICE today and still have 5 points to eat tonight and I'm ready for bed...NICE! So I know I won't be eating anything more today...Likin' that...
Feeling bummed out a bit tho today...not sure why...needin' my buddies I think...hopefully I'm otta this feeling by morning...G'nite...

I, too, find it hard to eat my minimum number of points on some days while on WW. But you get better at spreading them out through the day as you go along (I think we are afraid we will run out too soon and save them all for later!). It's ok to leave off a few points now and again but the WW folks say it isn't good to eat less than your range minimum because undereating can slow your progress as much as overeating. This site does help get your mind on track when you are feeling down or discouraged. I come back to it several times a day! Everyone is probably tired of all my replies already as I don't seem to miss a post! LOL. Keep going. You can do it!
