Variety is the spice of life. I feel it has to be the key to a successful diet. When you work long hours like I do, there's not time to go home and fix a dinner. Finding healthy take-out is hard to do, but it can be done. I have enough room in my diet tonight for 10 wings from Wingstop, Louisiana Rub style.

That picture is of an egg souffle. 3 eggs, beaten, 1/2 cup cheese (your choice), garlic salt. Spray a ramekin with non-stick spray, put 1/2 cup cheese in the bottom, crack 3 eggs in a bowl, add garlic salt and pepper to taste, and beat until combined. Pour mixture in ramekin, place on a baking sheet, and cook in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until well risen and browned on top. Serve immediately.
