Well I got on the scale this morning and it read 137 I have lost a total of 30#s. My mini goal is 2#s away. my final goal is 12# total. I begin this journey with knowing it would be a lifestyle change. I also gave myself 6 months to lose 42#. I cheated a few times and realized, I need to get it in gear if I wanted to be happy and thin. I also have dealt with stalls lost only a # in one month! but I keep telling myself you haven't hit your 6 months, so see what you have lost then. I love the fact that I started at 167, said goodbye to the 160's, 150's 140's and now hopefully 130's. my advise don't give up. I have been teased and told look and what your missing with cookies, donuts, cake, pizza, and all the good stuff, but I feel better now than 20 years ago, I'm healthy, sleep better and have more energy. My reply back is, Yes I'm missing out but I love how I feel, How I look is more important to me for life than how something tastes for a few seconds.
