Diario de pureheiress, 22 mar. 10



I put on weight this morning even though yesterday I stayed within my calorie range. I am going to go back to my plan I had a few weeks ago, although sickness and medication had me rethinking it.

I am going to try and stick to 1300 calories this week as I put on weight yesterday with 1500, I have an exam this weekend followed by a huge birthday party at a club. So I/m going to have a treat day followed by a 600 calorie day. Then a detox to re-kick my butt into shape.

And extra gym as well. Looking forward to a change

I am right there with you, seems that if I go above 1500 a day I gain. I am active and working out... bah. Stick to what works, I have to get back to the full 1500 or below and just start pushing myself to get this done! You can do it, you have done great so far, just push on, and you'll make it! Good Luck!
