Plateaus are tough, for sure. You certainly can break through it ... maybe you need to shake it up a bit ... i know you are doing Paleo ... maybe you need to up your calories one day ... or really go low on fats for a week, while upping your fruits and veggies ... maybe even modify your workouts ... do long boring cardio a few days a week ... or sprints one day a week. Whatever it is you choose to do ... it's going to take a little change in your routine to shake up the body ... it has adapted and you need to keep it guessing. Either way ... you will break through it ... we all have them ... finding what triggers your breakthrough is the key to it being long lasting or short lived plateau.
