I've been sick the past couple of days, so I was derailed a bit. But, I'm feeling a bit better today, my stomach is still a little upset, but I'm going to try to get some fruits and veggies in. I didn't prep my lunch for today so a protein shake and a PB&J are going to be my meal, but that's okay, I'm still not too bad. I'm so tired and haven't done a workout since Tuesday. Hopefully I'll be back to the workouts this weekend. I'm doing a 3 week program, so I'm going to try to re-do this week of exercises next week.
I'm really having to dig for my motivators today. It's so hard when you don't feel well to stay on track. I know what my goals are and I won't reach them by grabbing junk food and laying on the couch. So, it's time to get myself back up and start fueling myself correctly.
