I was off yesterday and sick all weekend, so not much for me. I didn't even weigh myself because I just knew it would be bad. I'm going to shoot for a Friday weigh-in, then maybe my body will be caught back up. Loss or gain, I'm recording it and moving forward.
I haven't done any exercise since early last week because I wasn't feeling well and just tired. Yesterday I should have done a workout because I was feeling better, but I was so busy with other things, then just gave it up. Today was no better. I was going to wake up to do a workout and must have shut my alarm off and just fell back to sleep, and I work late today, so no workout once again. Tomorrow is a new day and another opportunity. If I don't workout, the least I can do is get some good eating in. I'm feeling better, so no more excuses. A motivator for me has been our upcoming summer vacation, and now we may rent bikes and do a kayak tour, so I need to be in shape, so I'm not lagging behind or getting exhausted instead of enjoying the scenery and a fun time.
I am the only one who can make myself do better, so I just have to do it.
