One of the ways I up my fat is by eating the white cheeses or whole dairy greek yogurt with other things. 🤷🏻♀️The yogurt I buy plain and flavor it until I can stand to eat it! LOL a packet of stevia and some tones or other sugar free vanilla extract are great! Add a bit of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, or lemon andyou have a nice yogurt. The cheese I eat alone or in a lettuce wrap with a bit of meat. By adding the cheese it’s an easy way for me to add some fat into my diet without the greasy taste. Provolone, Havarti, muenster, gouda, all are great for adding a bit if fat. 😃
