I've been thinking alot about the different diet plans out there...and the real reason we want to lose lbs...there are many different reasons to lose...HEALTHY being the most important...sometimes I think people are too fixed on a perfect number to be (in terms of your weight)...I don't believe that...I think the so called 'perfect number' is how you feel, how your tests results are (bp, cholesteral...etc)...not on trying to achieve a number persay in weight...my goal is to 'fix' my diet as to being able to live with the diet...if you know what I mean...eating right, following a plan and maintaining that 'weight' you are healthy at...not trying to starve it to a goal weight that you can not maintain eating normaly...that hurts your body with 'yo-yoing' all over the place...I hope I'm doing that with WW and I think I picked the plan I can live with for a life time...hummm...
I think sometimes I think too much...HA! Other times not enough...heehee...smile to my buddies and all the best!

I don't think you 'think' too much! You're on to something here...let me take it a step further. You see, I totally agree with your view...but moreso AFTER the weight has been lost. Then, picking a healthy plan of attack to maintain yourself for the rest of your life is the goal. It wouldn't do to try to maintain ourselves if we're still above our ideal weight. the numbers (cholesterol, BP, diabetes, etc) might be normal now, but eventually the improper weight load would inevitably break the body down and cause future issues. hmmmm...and YOU thought that YOU thought too much! LOL
