bad choices after Dinner... I've got to get my night time eating under control!!!! So ashamed if myself right now.

Shame will only make you feel bad. Then you will eat more and give up. Cycle. Do not feel bad, it just is what you did. Tomorrow is another day. Find a way to substitute healthy eating to replace what you want. I'm loving the pink grapefruit right now.

Night time is my problem too. I actually stopped taking yogurt to work in my lunch so I could have it after dinner as a snack without adding calories to my day. I know late night snacking isn’t the best, but at least it’s something healthy. I used to just roam the kitchen continually lowering my standards until I found something tasty!

don't go so hard on yourself, you don't get fat because of one doughnut same like you dont get slim from eating one salad, its the consistency that matter most. Forget yesterday focus on what is now and stay on the track.

ate more than I should have last night.I don't know what triggered it, but I thought I felt hungrier than usual. sigh

I am in a similar situation...I do well following my WOE during the day..but as soon as I get home, old habits show back up...I tend to get away from my path and give in to desires....

i have the same issue. i do well all day and then at night just before bed i go crazy on the junk food :(

sometimes i will floss and brush my teeth to signal to myself that i'm done eating for the night. it works some of the time, and other times i'm like, EFF IT, where are the doritos!!!!! LOL! it sucks and can be very discouraging but you are not alone. i tend to be very all or nothing and once i screw up i'm like, forget it, i'll just give up and stay fat. but as others have pointed out, we just have to keep trying and not be too hard on ourselves. today is a new day so we can try to do better today and tonight. you got this!!! :)

sometimes I think others can't possibly struggle with the night snacking like me. So fantastic when I stop so defeating when I give in. The old habits die hard however as we continue we learn we adapt and develop stay with it! And thanks for sharing not alone

night & weekends are tough for me. But if I don't have IT (stuff not on my woe) in the house I generally won't go get it. I use to order delivery but I've put that off limits for money reasons and that seems to curtail that! But the weekend grocery shopping or if I stop in the evening on the way home to shop normally do me in!

I totally agree with the night time eating. I’ll do good all day and then blow it at night watching tv. The food commercials are the worst. Slow and steady.
