I’ve been fasting a while now to keep blood sugars down. I’ve got probably 20kgs to go but have lost 56 kgs. Fasting is easier if following ketogenic diet. I follow Dr Jason Fung. I don’t eat much dairy a little cheese. I don’t eat wheat grains rice pasta processed foods or those oils like sunflower or canola also any sugars including fructose. I’ve just started fasting alternate days but have done several 7 day broth fasts and quite a few not so long. I started originally with 16:8 fasts.
