Diario de drmcdougaller, 16 ene. 08

Yesterday I went past See's candy and didn't go in. First time in years I have been able to resist. I am looking at chocolate candy as a drug now and will have nothing to do with it. There is no in between for me. No "just one" or just a little!
Today I was hungry a lot but it didn't bother me. I did eat good things all day. I didn't let any emotional upsets bother me. I went to Safeway and usually have a chocolate chunk cookie but didn't! I feel very good for a change. I tried on many of my dress pants that I haven't been able to get into for years to see how much closer I was to buttoning them and zipping them up. I tried a belt and wrote down for each how close I was to getting each on. I am excited about my next weigh-in on Sunday and expect to lose something!

thats awesome about the no chocolate... and about being hungry. sometimes i'm really glad that i feel hungry because there was a time when i never felt hungry at all and that's not good! haha. keep up the good work!!

Seriously, that is a huge accomplishment! I am an all or nothing kind of gal myself. I think after I finish the diet I will have to have on days and off days to maintain. I don't ever see myself as being moderate.

My goodness, all progess the whole way through - way to go! And no chocolate - I know how hard that is. Keep the great work up!
