I don't think I've ever recorded this.

While I have a long term goal of being 199 pounds, I want to be 275 pounds by June 30th and then 250 by December 31.

Both are easily achievable. I just have to keep monitoring my intake.

While I have been moving more, you can't out exercise a bad diet!
