I am very pleased with my Atkins Low carb way of life... in fact
I LOVE IT..
I have just completed Bone Marrow Transplant for cancer.. and I am getting stronger each day.. I never give up my Low Carb the whole time
and I been going thu this sense Dec 2011.. just got released Tues May 22nd 2012 and now will do follow up apts with my reg Cancer DR ..to keep check on my bloodwork..Praise the good lord for all my blessings
and to be cancer free.......it has not been fun but had to be done..
so that is behind me...
if anyone reads this.... please follow the Dr Atkins way of eating 100%.. you will feel so much better.. this has been my way of life for..3 years now and it is just how I LIVE AND LOVE IT..but one can not jump on and off the eating plan.. that just flat out will not work..
