I do the intermittent fasting most days. Unless I know I am going to have to skip lunch(I have Special needs children and I would rather skip lunch for than eat out. I struggle fining keto friendly vegetarian on a whim) on those days I generally have an egg before 8am and don't eat until dinner.. That is 3 days a week. Maybe I should take a boiled egg or two with me and eat them on the go and keep the fasting to a daily event. Good idea, maybe it is something that simple that will help.
