Well I started the African Mango pills that Dr.Oz talks about and they seem to help. I started them a week ago. I just started drinking a tea that he talked about also yesturday. It's a White/Pu'erh tea with ginger/lemon in it. It packs a punch. You only need to drink 8oz in the am and another 8oz in the afternoon. I'm hopeing this helps get these ever liveing lbs. I put on back off. I'm so sick of going back and forth. I've been stuck here for 6 monthes now. I only want to get down around 50 lbs. more. Ya the doctor wants 70 lbs. more but i'd be happy with 50. Really i'm good at what I am but it would nice to get under 200 for the first time since I was 13.
