Diario de GlennM, 02 jun. 12

Hi all, I DID get well below my goal, around 190 to 195 a few years ago. Then I stopped the low carb and the weight came back and I didn't get serious about it till the past week I had chest pain, no known cause. I need to get around 200, I am 6'2" tall so 200 is OK. I have slowly eased my way into lower carb - but not induction. I hope everyone is well who knows me on here and I am doing well with my book writing, I am finishing up a final edit of a 700-page western. The first two books are historical fiction, one is 300 pages another about 630 or so pages. I will check in with buddies this week as much as possible. I am going shopping tomorrow and need to get plenty of chicken and fish for my freezer for the next week or two, I am going to limit red meat and bacon to only very rarely. I will be 50 later this month on the 27th so need to get serious about my weight because for everyone if it is a problem it inevitably leads to health issues.
