You are really doing great! Your attitude is awesome. I want you to remember though that even if you still lose weight, remember this plan is set up to help you so that you dont get those cravings anymore. Don't cheat for 14 days, it sets up your body for a future of success on this. It has to do with blood sugars and the way the body handles the blood sugars, it's very important. If you poll the people who cheated, even a little bit, and those who did not cheat, you'll see that those that did not cheat found it easier and easier and easier and they will tell you how those cravings for other foods went away. Its amazing really. Just get right back to it as you said, you CAN do this! You're already seeing good results so imagine how much better this can get! You go girl! (oh, and congrats on your wedding and having such a wonderful husband..I've been married now over 2 years and I still feel the very same way, its' a great feeling isn't it?)
