Diario de drmcdougaller, 21 ene. 08

Whenever I go out for breakfast, I bring my own container to bring half of the omelette home with me. I still can't just have one piece of pizza but I only had two. My weight is still holding but I AM going to lose another 2 pounds this week. I cooked a lot of veggies to grab for every meal. When I feel like "cheating" it is just with cereal or power bar so keeping the fat down, I hope my weight will be fine. I have been going down fat %, too from 41% to 39%.

Way to go, you're doing brilliantly. Thats a good idea to cheat of cereal. Ill have to try that.
