Diario de notfast, 07 jun. 12

Wow, even the pilates instructor was "moaning" about sore abs & muscles after a 2 week break from doing pilates, so I don't feel so bad being sore this morning for pilates workout :D

Really wish I could take my instructor to Arizona with me for the winter, she is really good and we all like her very much.

Glad that you are back in the Pilates grove. BTW - don't know if you saw my last response (in your Journal) but my sister has lost 2 more pounds. I cannot copy her but I do know I will never touch wheat again as long as I live.

Buffy - I did see your last response about the wheat. Funny on O'Reilly Factor just 2 nights ago Bill talked about eliminating wheat from his diet and how much better he feels & has lost weight... I'll have to check it out.
