Wow, even the pilates instructor was "moaning" about sore abs & muscles after a 2 week break from doing pilates, so I don't feel so bad being sore this morning for pilates workout :D
Really wish I could take my instructor to Arizona with me for the winter, she is really good and we all like her very much.
