First weigh in since I put the scale away. I really didn't want to do it. I knew what the result would be. I won't weigh again until Monday before my doctor appt. I'm looking in to why people stall out. I'm thinking my body is holding on to the stevia. My keto sticks register in keto, it's got to be something.
74,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 8,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

How long have you stalled? And how much was the last drop? Do you weigh yourself at the same time on the same day? Plateaus can be discouraging, don't let them be. I have hit many on my pilgrimage. Keep at it, and stiff upper lip lady.

I'm sorry you seem stuck, I wish I had advice. I'm not familiar with what keto needs but I know sometimes people just have to switch one or two things up to get the ball rolling again. I'm sure someone out here does! Sending love and support, stay strong.

I first registered 163.4 the first part of February. I'm hanging in there but it's annoying. Thank you for the support. ❤

I stalled for 2 months once, sometimes you just need to change things up..the body gets complacent with your WOE !!! so try something else to get it going !!!I'm constantly changing things to keep my body guessing !!! Seems to work for me !!!

If you're in ketosis you might just be retaining water.

I’m sorry! This has to be so frustrating. I hope your dr can shed some light on things. I agree about changing things up...and maybe try eliminating the stevia for a few days. Good luck!

I have been at a stall for a month now it is so frustrating but the inches are still melting so I'll take it even though I really want to see the scale move 8lbs under what I am before the end of the month. I'm trying to eat a little differently than I was. I also am going to try to drink 12oz of water right before ever meal to see if that helps. Good luck to you. I hope the scale decides to show us something good soon.

I second what Spazzy said. If you are in ketosis, then you are doing everything right. This is simply a readjustment period to let your body shrink down to reflect previous weight loss.

It's a mystery why we stall. Have you been doing measurements and are you seeing inches lost? Sometimes loss of inches happens before the scale registers the loss.

I can't lose an oz when I use stevia in my coffee.....if I just use i teaspoon of regular sugar I lose a lb a day. You could be right about the stevia..every person is different

Try lowering your protein macro by 20g and up your fats by 10g for a week. i dropped 3lbs doing this
