I have just prepped my meals for the day and my total planned calories are 5600. Lol I can already tell how hungry I'm going to be today. So I'm packing extra just incase. (I already ate some as a snack lol). How is it possible for a human to be this hungry?? Not weighing myself today. I normally weigh myself at 6am but since I already ate and drank over a liter of water, I will weigh myself tomorrow instead. But I weighed myself late yesterday and I was still around 57kg.
