THANKYOU for sharing pictures of your meals. I enjoy seeing what combinations others come up with. I might have try the pretty things. Food should be beautiful. I am up to the 3rd pink on the keto styx yay me! a few more days of 10 carbs then I will move down to 5 carbs for a week. It seems to help the keto flu if I go slowly into the night...lol miles to go before I sleep. Got off work this morning had a cup of coffee and went to bed until 3pm. Back to day until sat. Got a couple keto cookbooks on kindle. I might try a few things even for beginner recipes the net carbs are mostly above my daily intake. GRRRR found a few things tho.
