Finally invested in a bathroom scale and I started weighing myself in the morning, no shoes, clothing, at the same time for better accuracy. What a difference it makes and for minimal investment in time and finances.

Previously, my weight was so variable and I noticed that it frequently based on how cold or warm it was that day. No more of that.
