I’m not sure what’s going on right now but I haven’t been eating terrible neither healthy but I just seem to be putting on weight. Will try to cut carbs and sugar today and start my healthy eating... gotta remember it’s a change in lifestyle not a short term diet! I can do this! #beatPCOS
