I am trying to come back, and to start doing my journal, for food & exercise. Things happening, too many, but I need to take care of me as well. I did a new challenge. It has been hard to keep up with those, but I will do what I can with it, and try my best! Anybody wanting to comment me, or for anything, send me a message will try to check in sooner. I am aiming for: 20% proteins
30% fats
50% carbs.

Fat: up to 35grams*
Fiber: 20grams or more*
