Okay, apologizing to everyone who has had to read my whining lately. I feel great today. I went to Zumba class last night and that really helped my attitude. I feel like I am back on track. I got on the new scale today and it said 200.9!!! Is that possible???? It was 205.5 yesterday. I'm not going to record it. I am going to see what happens over the next few day. I just can't get it in my head that it was right but how wonderful if it was. Especially after my binging on Monday. We'll see. I'm not getting my hopes up yet. That food has to catch up with me. Anyway, I feel good today and confident. I work at a Christian University and on Wednesdays they have Chapel. Today the schools quartet sang. It was so uplifting. I already felt good this morning but hearing their beautiful voices just made the day even better. It is even cloudy and getting ready to rain out and it still ain't gonna get me down. (I've used ain't twice today. What's up with that?) Thank you to everyone who has been supporting me and trying to get back in the groove of things. Even though sometimes I really didn't think I wanted to hear it. I know I must have felt I needed you all or I wouldn't have bothered putting my feelings out there and letting you comment. I honestly believe that I couldn't do this without this site and the support everyone gives. I hope that someday one my comments will encourage someone to keep going. Thank you all. We will do this together!!!

Nino, we have all been there. I'm sure if you looked over everyone's journal entries you'd see it there somewhere. That's what happens when we disappoint ourselves or don't see changes when we work so hard. Sometimes when we use a new scale it records higher #s. Be thankful yours is in your favor. If I were you - I would record it.

Well there you go your journal today really helped me. I have journaled some real cry baby things and of course we do that so someone will help take us out of the slump or we would just keep it to ourselves and have a pity party for one. I would record that weight like Keil says and except it as a gift from the scale gods and just keep grining..life is good.
