Thank you, dear FS friends, for your suggestions. Exercise would definitely be a help, but even without it I am almost always in calorie deficit a couple 100 a day. Often more. I don't often go under 1200 so it's got to be something else. Perhaps it's over use of Erythritol or cream or almond flour or . . . Perhaps not low enough carbs. However, I'm consistently in ketosis. What ever -- I'm going back to basic keto for a couple of weeks and then reevaluate. Again, thank you for your support and suggestions. No complaining for another week - I promise.
