Gained 0.4 pounds, which when looking over my weight history it appears that any gain has occurred prior to reducing calories due to my weight loss.
I’m 5’4”, 52 years old and work 6 days a week, leaving one day for exercise, which means I’m in the sedentary category.
I’ll have to be more diligent about adjusting my calories at each stage until I reach my goal, then adjust to weight management calories.
