yesterday I only ate when I was hungry if I had to think was I hungry or not or did I need it I didn't have it. it's not easy as I know once I start eating I can't stop .

keeping yourself hydrated helps stop hunger pains. 2 litres water per day is recommended.

I would also recommend ManVFat Football. I've lost over 3 stone since starting. one other person in same (Salford) league lost over 40 kg in same time.
