40g oats.1cup of almond milk. I'm still experimenting with the ratio. I also add raspberries, banana, Ghia seeds, dried coconut but again still experimenting with these.
I put oats and milk into container mix together. Then add any of the above ingredients. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on
