my 1st attempt at overnight oats. got to say hat a success its lush. food start to the day

What recipe did you use? I've always wanted to make overnight oats but haven't tried yet.

40g oats.1cup of almond milk. I'm still experimenting with the ratio. I also add raspberries, banana, Ghia seeds, dried coconut but again still experimenting with these. I put oats and milk into container mix together. Then add any of the above ingredients. Leave overnight in the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Let me know how you get on

My best was - oats, Alpro coconut milk( soy) and dried mangoes .. If you like “ PinaCollada” then dry pineapple. But remember, dry fruits has plenty of sugar! And blueberry is the best when you’re loosing weight ( rich with antioxidants)
