Diario de lucydalia, 27 jun. 12

Well I've been feeling good again but am still on high gear right now...I was gaining so much weight and finally realized it must have been all the carbs i was eating and not working out enough. I am back to my high protein diet and low carb low fat as much as i can diet. Also been running and biking and doing my weight lifting classes on mondays - wednesday. I am also wearing that belt that makes me sweat. I am not going to stop until i reach my ultimate goal this time....
