Well annual physical didn't go too bad, only got stuck twice, once for a shingles vaccine and for blood work. Doc said to keep up with my exercise which will keep everything moving longer. I asked about my weight and she said if I'd loose 10 - 15lbs would probably help my arthritis in left knee, but that what I'm doing is really good & encouraged me to keep it up :) Suggested I take the 800mg Ibuprofen she prescribed awhile back on a daily basis to help with stiffness & soreness in my knee, which before I only took occassionally. I'm not one for taking any more meds than I have too, and she's not a doctor that pushes meds either, which I like. Will get my bloodwork in a couple of days, so anxiously waiting for the report.
Lawrence reached 105 degrees yesterday, and looks like we have more for the rest of the week ... :(
Taking RV over today to have the completion of tow package installed on the RV, then my DH gets to drive it home towing the Jeep for the first time .... He's really nervous as am I, until we've done this a few times & are comfortable with all the steps required... oh well, it's a new adventure !!!!!
