Well, two days now back on track. I still haven't weighed. I am scared of the damage I may have caused over the weekend. But I have stuck to Phase one perfectly the past two days. So hopefully things will get back under control. Vacation is only 4 weeks away. i really hoped to be down to 190 by then. I think that may be a stretch. We'll see.
