So I’ve got a steak in the fridge looking at me every time I open the door.
I had worked out todays calories and originally planned to have some oven chips with it.
Somehow justifing it to myself as ok because it would be within my limit.

I’ve now prepared a tray of Mediterranean veg instead to stop me from traveling down that carbohydrate filled path!
