I am going to the sweaming pool tomorrow. Will do some of Aqua Aerobics. Friend of mine kindly offered to come with me to support me. Still feeling very nervous, anxious to go to the pool...I can't sweaming and afraid of water... But I decided to try overcome my fear.

The biggest tip I can give you, based on my aunt who’s story is close to yours: 🌟eat 6 times a day with small portions, 230-260 g at one time, it will make your body digest and move blood faster. ⏳last 2 meals should be protein only, last one should be 3 hours before sleep☘️ Eat 300-400 g of vegetables per day.🌸 no more than 250 g of fruit per day, in the morning only.🌞 cup of warm water as soon as you wake up 💧 drink not less than 20 min before food and minimum 40 minutes after, 2 L per day. 🎏if you want sweets then you need to eat more good carbohydrates in the morning 💎 no lactose (it holds the metabolism) ☘️ Your diet has to have a lot of protein, same amount of carbs and twice less fat. 🔮🌟⌛️ 80 persent of weight loss defends on diet, not gym. These are so many rules, but it’s not a diet, it’s a new life you need to lead, when you want sweets, it’s your brain wanting them, not your body, good luck with everything, start slow, you have to get used to it. When I first heard all of this I was shocked but one year later my whole family eats like this and everyone feel great, my aunt lost 20 kg after 7 weeks on this healthy eating lifestyle, good luck

Ольга,спасибо за поддержку! Только я не в классе буду,а сама по себе. Очень давно один инструктор составил мне ряд упражнений по водяной аеробике, что-бы я продолжала ходить в бассейн. Моя подруга вызвалась меня поддержать своим присутствием. Пока она будет плавать я и сделаю все свои упражнения.

You will enjoy aqua aerobics as I do when I get chance to go and I also have a water fear too. I have always been a weak swimmer as can’t cope with water up my nose so never have my face in the water. Let us know how you get on 🧜‍♀️

My update about sweaming pool. I been walking up and down in the water, didn't went to the another part of pool, where water is much deeper. Once nearly felt down and the guard showed me to stay in the one part of pool, where water is not so deep. Did exercises (punching the water, jumping and pedaling with legs) and walking up and down again. I faced up fear of what people will think about me. But after 15 minutes of walking in the water, I forgot about people ( they all been sweaming and not paying any attention to what I been up to). 😊😀
