Had a great 5 mile run today....oddly enough I still prefer running on a treadmill, but I've been playing with the incline and speed last couple weeks and really starting to get into enjoying my runs again.

Been running at a .5-2 pt incline throughout the run and then increasing speed as I add distance and it's been such a great feeling. Finish the run feeling totally spent but in that great way that makes you crave the same sense the next time you're working out.

Still struggling to keep up with strength training...I know how important it is, it just feels SO BORING to me in the midst. I think maybe I just need a buddy to go through everything with - but timing is rough, my usual gym time is first thing in the AM or over lunch. Eh, have to keep working on that one.
