Lunch - 1 Whole wheat Greek pita bread. 1/4 c Ragu pizza sauce, 1 tomatoe, 3 fresh basil leaves, 2 slices fresh mozzarella Before I ate the pizza I drank raw juice made with dandelion, celery, lemon, green apple, pear, cucumber. Really has been giving me more energy and feeling full. I don’t even need to eat the pizza but my mouth wants to chew on something!
