Hi! I've been on several diets that have all been successful, until I start eating "normal" again. The lbs come back with a vengence. So maybe... I need to think of this as the way I will eat for the rest of my life. My Dad has diabetes, my Mom's father died of a heart attack when he was very young, and my sister died of breast cancer at 35. I would like to be the healthiest person I can be. Walking is my exercise of choice, although I like to swim and bike too.
