I have been active most of my life. Played Sports until back surgery. I have just become extremely frustrated with keeping weight down. I work out alot, I eat pretty well, I am on medications that will slow my metabolism down (can't change Meds)! Seems the harder I work out and the better I eat, the more weight I GAIN!
