Hello im Anthony from England.

I am 26 years old, 6’1” tall, have a large bone structure & at my heaviest weighed 19st 7lb (273lb).

During my previous diet I dropped to16st 7lb (231lb). However due to an unexpected illness I gained 1st 8lb (22lb).

I have now recoverd and want to diet again. My current weight is now 253lb (18st 1lb).

My ideal weight for my large size is between 168 to 192lb. (12st to 13st 7lb). My goal weight is 210lb (15st) However I may attempt 196lb (14st) if I feel healthy enough when I hit my 15st target.

I am dieting because I feel & look unhealthy compared to a photograph I found of myself when I was 18. I was slim, atheletic and weighed about 12st.

I dont want to be 12st again as I was thin and ill looking, but I would like my wieght to be between 14 & 15st. I carry the weight well and my wife says I look fine, other have pointed it out, however its not hard to see the pounds I have added to my waist and face over the years.

I want to be around for along time to look after my wife & children, however based on my current life style, I think I will be biteing the dust at a young age if I dont make some changes soon.

My weight depresses me, I feel fat and I think it adds years on to my true age.

There is no point in sitting about moaning about it. It’s up to me to do something about it and get into shape and thats exactly what I am going to do.

I have no diet plan and am just going to wing it, by doing what I think is best for me. I need to get into the routine of eating breakfest and not eating after 6pm. If I can do this I will be fine.
