I'm 50 years old,a wife, mother of 2 young daughters, work 3 days a week and have been battling with my weight all my life. it used to be easy to slim down when I was younger but seems to get harder with time. I've tried all the imaginable diets and even owned and ran a gym for sometime.
I just moved from Africa to Europe and am trying to settle down.
