I am a 31 year old mother of 4; ages 9, 3, 3 and 2. I am also a full time student studying Criminal Forensic Psych and Science. I've been married for 4 years and am ready for a diet habit change. Gone are the days of living all day on a Starbucks Frap and eating at 10 or 11pm. Its time to be healthy for me, for my kids and for my future.
