I have been over weight all my life. It didn't bother me until I had my children and my weight went higher and higher. I am not able to do things with my boys that I want to do, so it's time for a change. I have recently joined Weight Watcher after seeing the results of a good friend that have me what she calls a heart to heart, but I call it the harsh truth about being over weight and life.
