I am a 26 yr old mother of 2. My son is 8 yrs old and my daughter is 8 mths old. While pregnant with my daughter I reached an all time high weight for myself and now that I have had her I am finding it really hard to get it off and I know I need to so I have turned to the Fat Smashing diet I just hope I can actual stick to it and it actual work.
