I am a happily married musical instrument repair tech. I have changed my life about a year ago to a much healthier one. I stopped eating tons of junk and fast food and started exercising on a regular basis. In that year, I have lost over 70 pounds and have gone from a 42-44 waist to a 34-36 waist. I have more energy and feel much stronger then I have ever in my life. I feel I am at a comfortable and healthy weight and now for the hard part of maintaining everything.
