Now in April 2024.
Have started Carnivore diet and I'm loving it.
I have reversed my Type 2 Diabetes and have much more energy, and don't get so breathless now.
Overall, I have 100 lbs to lose.
I think I'll be eating like this for the rest of my life, and looking forward to the health improvements it will bring.
